1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using tqdm_'s Discord bot development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

tqdm_ provides custom Discord bot development services including but not limited to:

• Custom bot development and deployment
• API integrations and webhooks
• Game systems and mini-games
• Moderation tools and automod
• Analytics dashboards and reporting
• Performance optimization and maintenance

3. Project Timeline & Delivery

Standard development timeline is 2-4 weeks depending on project complexity. All deliverables will be provided according to the agreed specifications. Revisions are included within the project scope.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in installments as follows:

• 50% upfront payment to begin development
• 30% upon completion of core functionality
• 20% upon final delivery and testing

All payments are non-refundable except in cases of project cancellation by tqdm_ or as specified in the delivery guarantee.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom bot code. tqdm_ retains the right to use development methodologies, code patterns, and general solutions in future projects.

6. Support & Maintenance

30 days of free support and bug fixes are included with every project. Extended support packages are available for purchase. Critical security updates are provided indefinitely.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, server information, and proprietary code. This NDA remains in effect indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

tqdm_ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from bot usage. Maximum liability is limited to the total project cost.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international digital services law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Updates to Terms

tqdm_ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via Discord or email.
